Meet the little Lions.
The Girls: Judy Bellingham (Calico/Tabby), Jordan Pickford (Calico), Harriet Kane (Tabby)
The Boys: Elliott Anderson (Black&White), Declan Rice (Black with a white chin)
Much like their namesakes they have been a true team since arrival.
They arrived to us after being sadly found abandoned with no Mum, too young. Since then they have battled with a horrible virus and as they were so fragile, that was the last thing they needed!
Like the England Lions themselves though, they have all fought back with a vengeance, doing their best to eat as much as they can and gain weight to get and stay healthy.
Despite being messy in their pod originally (not their fault with such poorly tummies!), they have improved by the day and are now using the litter tray with no accidents, just lots of litter flung about (kittens!!)

These little guys were a bit confused when they moved into isolation but soon adapted to their new pod and enjoyed exploring all it had to offer. They can usually be found curled up together inside on a heat pad or outside on the cat tower. But when they wake up, you can usually see them in a puddle of kittens playing and fighting, or in the case of a couple of them climbing up the bars and using the cat scratcher as a balancing post (no respect for their own safety!!) The girls have been seen happily playing together and the boys love to playfight, although the girls are never far from joining in, especially Jordan! They love to play with their toys too (and bits of spare litter!), and will happily run and pounce after a ball or spring.

They are quite curious and will come over to the pod door to investigate, some of them wanting to say hello and see what you're up to. They are a little wary of fuss and strokes at first, but then a large blue gloved hand must be quite daunting for something so small! Once they have observed and worked it out though, they are receptive to strokes and will lean into it or follow your hand if you stop.

They have all been quite intrigued by the grooming brush and although wary, they were definitely interested. Once I started brushing, the pod filled with tiny purrs! When you do try to pick them up and hold them, they can be a bit wriggly as expected from kittens. They have had their fair share of treatments and wipes also, so understandably they are wary of what will happen when picked up!
All the kittens can use their cat flap and litter trays with no issue (Elliott took a little longer to learn the technique of the flap but his siblings showed him the way and now he's a pro!)

These guys are happy and confident with their siblings, but also very curious and enjoy watching the cat in the next pod play outside. So, they would be fine to be rehomed with either their siblings or another cat and potentially a cat friendly dog. They could also go to a home with any age children.
