Please meet Beluga, our wonderful black and white 8-month-old princess.

Beluga came into RSPCA care after being found as a stray with severe injuries to her head and neck which caused major swelling to her head, luckily, she found herself in the best hands at the animal hospital and made a full recovery.

It didn’t take Beluga long to settle into the cattery; she took everything in her stride and has shown her playful and affectionate side from the very first day. Her confidence knows no bounds and she will happily climb up on to your shoulder and purr away in to your ear.

When Beluga isn't pretending to be a parrot and using our staff as a climbing frame she can be found either snoozing away in bed or batting and chasing her toys (or pieces of cat litter!) around. Beluga enjoys a brush but loves strokes more.

Beluga spent some time in foster with a staff member and he said she definitely brought character to the home, starting fights with plants and enjoying some crazy zoomies!!

She can use her cat flap and litter trays although a little bit messily at times.

Beluga can live with children over 10 years old. Unfortunately due to recent flare ups of the cat flu virus, we are now looking for Beluga to be the only pet in the home.

This assessment is ongoing and subject to change.
