Cindy Lou Who
Cindy Lou Who is our very sweet and timid 4-year-old Domestic Shorthair girl. She has taken a short while to settle into the cattery and spends most of her time enjoying the comfort of her hidey bed, she now comes out for some fuss and attention as the staff sit with her. Her confidence is blossoming slowly but surely and she’s showing us what a sweet and affectionate little lady she is.
After being abandoned, she’s on the look out for that forever family to call her own with a family that can have some patience with her as she settles in. It is important to work with Cindy at a pace she is comfortable with to allow her to come around in her own time and gain your trust.
Once she has popped her head of her bed, it doesn’t take long before she’s strutting in front of you showing you her fantastic biscuit making skills. She is starting to purr and become very comfortable with company when interacting with staff. She can be easily spooked with sudden noises and movements so it’s important to bare this in mind post adoption.
Cindy Lou hasn’t shown too much of an interest in toys, she briefly engages with initiated play but much prefers to spend her time snoozing the afternoon away in the comfort of her bed.
Although Cindy has a timid side, when it comes to necessary handling, she is very tolerant and allows all that need to be done.
She is fully litter trained and is currently trying to get the hang of the cat flap.
As Cindy is on the shyer side, she is best suited to a home where she is the only cat, with no dogs. She may be able to be rehomed with small furries or exotics dependant on accommodation location and security in the home.
Any children are to be of secondary school age and understand that she needs time to settle in and to allow her confidence to catch up with her.
If you thing you can provide this lovely little lady with the forever home she so rightfully deserves then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an application form.
