This little cutie is our 5-month-old, Tabby, Bjorn.

Bjorn life changed when he came to us through no fault of his own, he came in with Frida and they both struggled to settle in. Bjorn has since then adapted to his own time and space; with the help of the staff and volunteers he is slowly becoming more and more confident with accepting affection.

Bjorn, tends to find comfort in his hidey bed, where he can feel safe and can relax. When he is in his hidey bed, he seems a little unsure upon your approach at first but once you have slowly, popped your hand in for him to sniff, he will happily accept the strokes and affection, he loves to give lots of head rubs! This is a little different if he is out and about, he tends to freeze and give a little hiss, he does want to beat that feeling and come sniff and say hello but he is slowly building that confidence to overcome that feeling.

Bjorn is still building his confidence and is currently unsure of grooming, being picked up, playing with toys and being around day-to-day noise, he is a little unsure when it comes to quick movements and loud noises. He will benefit from slow and steady interaction. He will need lots and lots of love and patience whilst that confidence continues to grow.

Bjron can use the cat flap and is litter trained.

Due to Bjorn unsureness, he would suit a quieter home, where he is the only pet so he can continue to grow his confidence and could live with cat savvy children 16 +.
