Preston & District RSPCA Vet Clinic

Preston and District Animal ClinicThe Preston RSPCA Vet Clinic is located at:
196 Lancaster Road, Preston, quite near to Preston Bus Station.

The Clinic serves the community of those who are on certain benefits.

Please Note: This clinic does not offer immunization or complex surgical procedures; it provides basic care to animals in need.

The Clinic Vet may refer you to a local vet who has the specialist facilities your animal may need.

Opening times are:

Tuesday Mornings: 10am to 11am
Tuesday Evening: (Appointment Only): 7pm to 8 pm
Thursdays: 10am to 11am

To make an appointment for the Tuesday night clinic please ring 01772 880764 during the clinic hours.

At present the Consultation Fees are £15 per visit. There may be a surcharge for some medication.

Again this Clinic relies on the generosity in the community for its upkeep.

 

30.10.11 We are now recruiting volunteers to help in our clinic on lancaster road. Positions are available to help on reception and to assist the veterinary surgeon. Help is required for the following hours:


Tuesday Mornings 10-11am
Tuesday Evening 7-8pm
Thursday Mornings 10-11am


Training will be given and there will be the opportunity to gain a certificate in our in-house training 'Standard Procedures'. If you feel you can spare a few hours a week to help please contact the centre via phone or email and request an application form, please stipulate on your application that you are wishing to help at the clinic.
